This is a Guru Padhmasambhava deity printed locket pendant made in Taiwan. This small pendant has picture of Guru Padhmasambhava in the front and its associate mantras at the back. This pendant comes with red nylon thread which you can replaced with any kind of small chain you want to wear with.
